A multifunctional chair for a vehicle is provided to allow heights of a seat cushion and a foothold to be adjusted, and to promptly ensuring a space for emergency exit by vertically rotating the seat. A multifunctional chair for a vehicle comprises a seat support(20) vertically mounted on a vertical body, a seat bracket(30) movably supported on the seat support, a foothold(40) hinged at on end of the seat bracket, a seat cushion(50), and a spring for vertically rotating the seat. The seat cushion is connected to a hinge of the foothold to vertically rotate and disposed on the upper surface of the foothold. A backrest(60) is biased at upper end of the support and is able to rotate and return to its original position. The spring includes one end supported on the seat support and other end supported on the foothold and provides a force, which always makes the seat cushion and the foothold to be moved upward at the same time.
