A thermo unit (8) has two thermo wires (6, 7) that are guided into bores (9, 10) through the sensor head, where the thermo wires are electron-beam or laser welded with the sensor head in a welding area (11) to a depth, which is larger than the entire machining depth behind the front.</p> |
