Manufacturing apparatus and method of a rod for spinal fixation and a rod manufactured by the same apparatus are provided to improve the fixing force of the inter segment of vertebral after the correction of the vertebral. A manufacturing apparatus of a rod for spinal fixation includes a body(2), a position moving unit in X and Y axial directions, a magazine(10), a material pulling unit and a material molding unit. The position moving unit in X and Y axial directions is installed on the upper surface of one side of the body and is driven to move in X and Y axial directions simultaneously to bend a material at 90 degrees. The magazine is installed on the upper part of the position moving unit in X and Y axial directions to stack a material. The material molding unit forms a partial section of the material in a spring shape.
