A magnetism generating accessory having two or more kinds of designs and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to be put on a human body and are carried as an accessory easily. Left and right embossed carving portions(2), a space portion inside the embossed carving portion, a permanent magnet(3) and a penetrating slit on which germanium is attached are formed on a body. A metal material of the magnetism generating accessory is non-ferrous metal like copper and aluminum, a non-ferrous metal alloy, jewelry like gold, silver and platinum and a jewelry alloy. A desired pattern(4) is formed on the upper surface of a connection pin(4a) on a part above the space portion inside the embossed carving portion designed with a metal material.
