An environment-friendly flooring material is provided to be harmless for human bodies by preventing matter causing troubles of the endocrine system, by using a halogen-free resin composition and to prevent hydrogen chloride gas and dioxin from being generated in burning, by excluding a plasticizer and chlorine elements in the resin composition. An environment-friendly flooring material has a triple-layer lamination structure of upper/intermediate/lower layers. The upper and lower layers are made of a resin composition consisting of polypropylene copolymer and polyolefin elastomer. The intermediate layer is made of polyester fiber. The polypropylene copolymer contains ethylene of 0~30wt.% and has a melt flow index of 0.3~30g/10min. The polyolefin elastomer has density of 0.85~0.90g/cm^3 and a melt flow index of 0.1~30g/10min.
