An electrolizer for application of composition electrolytic coatings consists of bath, electrolyte, powder-like filling agent, source of power, cathode and anode, ampermeter, voltmeter and personal computer (PC) connected to the electrodes through the analogue-digital convertor, at that parallelly to the source of power to the electrodes the additional comparison electrode is connected, and to the working electrode, in series to them, through the analogue-digital convertor PC is connected in such a way that its initial port is connected by the return connection to the analogue-digital convertor, which manages the value of electrodes potential by the modulated polar impulses through the adapter and is parallelly connected to the electrodes, and strengthener of amplitude, frequency and pulse ratio of electric impulses of the power source, which on its outlet are imposed by chopper on the permanent bearing component of the electrolizer supply current. |
