A loan(or prepayment) system and a program recording medium for the same are provided to enable a creditor to get the loan or prepayment based on a mortgage and enable a loaner to circulate the loaned money in a bank efficiently. An information receiving unit receives specified credit and loan information from a terminal device of a creditor. An information supply unit displays the credit information and lending conditions on a web site, or offers it to at least one loaner. A loan processing unit offers loaned money to the creditor under the condition that the credit of the creditor is offered as a mortgage, or transferred. If the loaned money corresponding to the credit is paid into at least one account of the creditor by a debtor, an accurate account processing unit performs the accurate account about the paid loaned money. |
