The tie (1) contains at least one pocket (4, 8) integrated into the part (12) of the tie intended to hang next to the chest. An object can be placed inside or removed from the pocket via an opening (5, 9) in its top side. The pocket is preferably on the rear side (2) of the tie. Independent claims are also included for a combination of the tie and either a mobile phone (14), at least one business card (13) and/or credit card, or an electronic data carrier (especially an audio playback device) which can be stored inside the pocket.
