A rotational flowing system is provided to prevent degeneration of water, increase dissolved oxygen of water, and reduce an increase of bacteria contained in water by flowing water contained in a water storage tank of a water purifier, a cold and hot water dispenser or a dehumidifier. A rotational flowing system comprises: a rotational flowing part(80) attached to a water storage tank of a water purifier; a screw attached to the water storage tank; an operation display lamp(100) for displaying an operation of the rotational flowing part; a power supply part(120) for operating the rotational flowing part; an operation switch(140) for operating the rotational flowing part; a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(200) including a time control timer(160) for controlling the operation time of the screw, a control unit(180) for controlling the time control timer, and a relay(220) for switching on or off a DC power signal and controlling supply voltage; a drive motor(260) for generating the force of flowing water to continuously flow water injected into the water storage tank by the screw; a sealing member for cutting off leakage of the water storage tank; and an optical sensor(360) operated in accordance with surrounding brightness.
