IGNITION COAL-DUST BURNER

摘要

Ignition coal-dust burner has central channel for supply of air dust with swirling apparatus as scroll at the beginning of the channel, peripheral channel for supply of secondary air with register for its swirling, protective pipe for placement of mazut nozzle, electric lighter and electromagnetic valve for control of operation of mazut nozzle. Between the central and peripheral channels electric heating unit is installed with possibility of simultaneous heating of dust and secondary air, in front of burner mouth indicator of burning stability is installed, this is connected to automation for maintance of stability of burning. Such implementation of burner increases stability of ignition and burning of coal dust in ignition and transition modes and at low loads as well.
