A fixing structure for an auxiliary mat of vehicle without protruding a floor carpet is provided to employ a coupling part having a coupling hole, into which the hook is press-fitted, and having a cover to open/close the coupling hole so that the coupling part is inserted into a hole of a floor carpet. A fixing structure for an auxiliary mat(110) of a vehicle includes an auxiliary mat, a plate, and a hook part(111). The plate is horizontally fixed to the bottom surface of the auxiliary mat, and is provided with first and second coupling holes. The hook part includes a hook body, which is formed at the first side thereof with a fixture groove and fixed to a floor carpet, and a protrusion, which is hinged to the hook body and press-fitted into the fixture groove through the first and second coupling holes. |
