MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BEVERAGE FOR WOMEN USING NATURAL MATERIALS

A method for preparing a healthful beverage by using natural food ingredients is provided to treat diseases related to thirst-quenching. A method for preparing a healthful beverage by using natural food ingredients comprises the steps of: washing gingko nut and leaves, drying them, and collecting the extract of gingko nut and leaves in an extractor; mixing dried red-bean and the extract of gingko nut and leaves in a weight ratio of 3:7; steaming the mixed ingredients over low heat for 2hr; mixing the steamed ingredients and water in a weight ratio of 1:1 and boiling them over high heat for 30min; and collecting only water to obtain a drinking liquid.
