The invention relates to the railroad rolling equipment. A railroad hopper car contains an running gear, a body with lateral and end walls, upper and lower framings, posts welded to the lateral walls, a roofing with loading hatches and bunkers with unloading mechanism. Lateral walls with the posts contain lower flat section, which passes into the upper curvilinear section of identical curvature with appropriate ratio of heights. The walls of the bunkers are arranged with identical inclination. End walls are inclined toward the center of the railroad car with respect to the appropriate transverse walls of the bunkers and are located with them at an angle of &bgr;10°. The volume formed above the upper framings is expressed by the ratiobetween its height “a”, width “b” and width “c” of the loading hatch. The technical result is in increase of working volume of railroad hopper car, decrease of the mass of container and maximum use of the volume. |
