A torque flow pneumatic pump unit includes a drive 1, a body 2 with suction 3 and discharge 4 tubes and 1 a torque wheel 9 installed on the shaft of the drive. The drive shaft is equipped with shaft-insert 6 with installed at its tail section and placed before suction tube 3 conical detacher with long teeth 10. Suction tube 3 is equipped with rigid frame support 12 arranged as spatial truncated pyramid, this consists of side inclined ribs 13 connected to each other by horizontal cross elements 14 installed with a gap one with respect to another. The invention provides preliminary preparation of liquid being pumped before its intake through formation of uniform suspension and crushing of compacted bottom deposit and solid contaminants. Besides that, formation of vortex flow of liquid round detacher, this provides more effective penetration of liquid to working wheel of the unit. The invention can be used for pumping liquids with different density and viscosity, with compacted deposits, solid and large contaminants, in particular for pumping out liquids in mines of local water discharge from wells of shafts equipped with multi-cable lift units, at drifting and slope sinking and for drying precipitation tanks, reservoirs, pits of channels and at digging trenches in swampy and watered localities. |
