A liquid crystal display device is provided to apply static electricity which is flowed to a pad part, to a static electricity distributing part and to distribute the static electricity to a static electricity bar for reducing a defect of the device resulting from static electricity and preventing a circuit of a display region from being damaged. A liquid crystal display device comprises gate lines(121) and data main lines, a gate driving part, a pad part, a common voltage bar(126), equivalent resistance wirings, a fan out part, and an electrostatic voltage dropping part(170). The gate driving part includes first and second shift resistors. The pad part is placed at a non-display region. The common voltage bar is placed between the pad part and the display part. The equivalent resistance wirings are placed on the common voltage bar. The fan out part is placed between the pad part and the common voltage bar. The electrostatic voltage dropping part includes multiple first thin film transistors. Gate electrode bars(127) are gate electrodes of the first thin film transistors. A static electricity distributing bar(128) is placed between the electrostatic voltage dropping part and the pad part. A static electricity distributing part(160) is placed to transfer the static electricity to the static electricity distributing bar. |
