A method and a device for downloading music data in a mobile telecommunication system are provided to satisfy desire for a music service of a mobile terminal user by enabling the user to download the desired music data to a mobile terminal from a music data server without any key input and play the music data in the mobile terminal. An input part requests music data having a predetermined format. A wireless transceiver is automatically connected to a music data server storing the music data through the mobile network by responding to a request of the input part. A display part(108) displays a plurality of data corresponding to the music data received from the music data server. A controller enables the wireless transceiver to download the music data corresponding to the music data selected among the displayed data through the input part. A memory(107) stores the music data downloaded through the wireless transceiver. A sound source data interface part(109) temporarily stores a sound source data list corresponding to specific sound source data, and displays the list on the display part according to the command from a control part(105). |
