The invention relates to powder metallurgy. A composite antifriction heat-resisting material based on aluminum nitride for the application of protective coatings on constructional alloys contains diboride and disilicide of transition metal of IV group of periodic system (titanium or zirconium, or hafnium), nickel and chrome in such component ratio, wt. %: titanium diboride (or zirconium, or hafnium) – 20-28, titanium disilicide (or zirconium, or hafnium) – 5-7, nickel – 24-40, chrome – 6-10, aluminum nitride – the rest. The invention provides increase in compression strength of material and minimal wear rate both of material and the coating from it. |
