A mass-spectrometer relates to educational instrument engineering and may be used in demonstrational mass-spectrometers of physics cabinets in educational institutions. The mass-spectrometer consists of an analyzer chamber with a source and a receiver of ions, and also traps filled with sorbent and installed in a container. Traps are connected with analyzer chamber by means of tubes in area of ions source. One trap is installed in container with refrigerant, another – in container with a heater. Moreover, chamber has residual gas mixture. The proposed invention provides simplification of mass-spectrometer construction used for demonstrational purposes and non-expendable usage of samples. |
