A portable cartridge for water purification is provided, wherein the portable cartridge is simply carried due to its small size, and exhibits excellent purification performance. A portable cartridge for water purification comprises: a cartridge case which is formed in such a manner that water communicates with inner and outer parts of the cartridge case, and which is divided into an upper case(10) and a lower case(20), the upper case having ring-shaped joining protrusions(101a) formed on a joining part(101) of a lower end thereof, and the lower case having ring-shaped joining grooves(201a) formed on a joining part(201) of an upper end thereof such that the upper and lower cases can be joined with each other; a fine mesh pocket which is installed in the cartridge case, which has a water purification member filled in upper and lower parts thereof, and magnetite injected in an intermediate part thereof; and magnet fixing caps(30) in which a permanent magnet(40) is embedded and which is integrally fitted into filling grooves(301) formed in upper and lower end portions of the cartridge case.
