A guiding instrument for an implant placement is provided to constitute a pointer to be slant at 5-30degrees from a vertical line extended from an insertion portion to recognize correct position and angle of a hole for installation of a fixture. A guiding instrument for an implant placement includes an insertion portion(110), a holding part(120) and a pointer(130). The insertion portion is formed to be inserted into a hole for the installation of a fixture. The holding part is formed on the upper part of the insertion portion. The pointer is formed to protrude from the central surface of the upper part of the holding part. The section of the pointer has a polygonal shape. The width of the pointer is smaller than the outer diameter of the insertion portion and is within a range of 0.5-2mm. The outer diameter of the insertion portion is 2.0-3.0mm.
