CLOGGING DETECTING METHOD FOR DRYER

A method for detecting clogging of a dryer is provided to inform a user of clogging of a filter according to air flow state by installing a display unit including a visual indicating unit and an audio indicating unit. A method for detecting clogging of a dryer includes the steps of: performing a drying process; checking state of air flow; storing the condition of air flow; displaying the condition of air flow; and indicating state of air flow. When checking state of air flow, stored state of air flow is compared with present state of air flow. The present condition of air flow is determined based on the comparison result. Checking state of air flow includes the steps of: checking on/off of drying operation according to temperature of air flow and computing on/off duty values or drying operation.
