A device for preventing vacuum of a scroll compressor is provided to fix both ends of a valve spring by a sliding valve in a valve hole without lateral twisting, thereby preventing damage of the valve spring. A device for preventing vacuum of a scroll compressor includes a sealed casing(110), and a fixed scroll(130) fixed to the casing to form a compression chamber(P) together with an orbiting scroll(140). A vacuum preventing unit has a valve block fixed to an outer surface of the fixed scroll and having a valve hole for connecting the compression chamber to a suction space(S1) and a discharge space(S2). A valve is inserted into the valve hole and slides according to a pressure change of the compression chamber for opening or closing a portion between the suction space and the discharge space. A valve spring is positioned between the valve block and the valve for elastically supporting the valve.
