Method for prediction of appropriateness of surgical operation on occasion of lungs cancer that includes determination of expression of oncoprotein p53 as characteristic evidence of oncological process, calculation of index of critical state of patient, its comparison to norm and choosing rational treatment method, at that additionally as characteristic evidence of oncological process one uses histo-type of new growth, N-state of growth, objective clinical effect from induction chemotherapy and type of operation, as norm one uses limiting equivalent of index of critical condition, and at choosing rational operation one determined appropriateness of radical removal of growth, if value of index of critical condition exceeds value of its limiting equivalent, or symptomatic or palliative treatment in case of 9ndex of critical condition being smaller than its limiting equivalent, at that index of critical condition and its limiting equivalent are calculated under conditions of mathematical identity. |
