A method for producing soya milk includes soaking soya beans, blanching, hulling, crushing, successive fermentolysis of crushed beans by macerating enzymes, filtering of the mixture of soya beans and milk and milk pasteurization. Fermentolysis of crushed soya beans at first is performed by enzyme preparation Cellulase-100, and then by enzyme preparation Pectinase G20x. |
