A method for creation of electromagnetic vibrations at change of the position of the body, which has internal electromagnetic energy, consists in that prior to beginning the motion of the body along the pipe channel the accumulation of internal electromagnetic energy is performed by source of internal energy located in the body. The energy storage is conducted to the level of maximum interaction of magnetic fields of solenoids and the body. The body is accelerated and radiation characteristics are increased by addition and interaction of magnetic field of electric current, which flows in the source of internal electromagnetic energy of the body with magnetic field, which is created on the windings of solenoids and is emitted through them during motion of the body along the pipe channel to one or other side relative to the middle of the pipe. Electromagnetic vibrations are created periodically at the moments of moving the accelerated body with the source of internal electromagnetic energy along the pipe channel owing to the creation of electromagnetic field by electric current, which flows in the source of internal electromagnetic energy, and to emission through the windings of solenoids.
