The invention relates to mining equipment and can be used at boring rigs. Support unit consists of traverse, spindle, sealing body, bearings, lower rubber reinforced cup-type seal of spindle, upper collar cup-type seal of water-air mix supply cavity and slot seal between spindle and sealing body placed after that cup seal. Between the lower reinforced cup-type seal of spindle and upper collar cup-type seal the safety collar cup is installed, and slot of groove seal is connected to environment in such way that possible inflow of water-air mix through gap of that slot is smaller than its flow out to environment irrespectively of fact at what pressure that mix is in water-air cavity. So, in design proposed reliable protection is provided for bearing cavity against falling of water-air mix (water) there, this is one of factors of provision of prescribed resource of support unit in general. |
