HIGH QUALITY CHICKEN BY FEEDING ANIMAL FEED COMPRISING RICE HULL VINEGAR LIQUOR AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

Chaff liquid-contained feed and a production method of high quality chicken using the feed are provided to enhance the taste of feed, increase the weight of chicken, and reinforce the defensive power against salmonella. Chaff liquid-contained feed comprises 1.5~3.0wt% of a chaff liquid which is obtained by carbonizing chaff, collecting only the smoke through a collecting device such as a cooling tower, and aging the collected liquid for about one year. The chaff liquid contains polyphenol with excellent antifungal and antioxidizing effects. The chaff liquid-contained feed is freely fed to chicken to produce high quality chicken rich in oleic acids.
