A sludge drying system is provided to reuse high temperature heat generated from burning of wastes to dry wastes containing moisture. A sludge drying system includes an incinerator(10), a burning unit(20), a heat exchange unit(30), and an indirect heat drying furnace(50). The incinerator generates carbonization gas by thermally decomposing wastes. The burning unit completely burns the carbonization gas. The heat exchange unit performs heat exchange between high temperature combustion gas generated from the burning unit and oil supplied from an oil tank(40). The indirect heat drying furnace dries sludge which is heated by the oil passed through the heat exchange unit.
