A structure for improving a hook of a trunk board is provided to hook a panel flange with ease by raising the trunk board when a spare tire is drawn out. A structure for improving a hook of a trunk board includes a hook groove(100), a board locking part(200), a base(300), and a flange locking part(400). The hook groove is formed toward the bottom surface of a rear central portion of the trunk board. The hook groove is provided with a fixture guide(110). The board locking part is formed with a guide groove such that the board locking part is press-fitted into the fixture guide of the hook groove to slide back and forth. The base extends from the board locking part. The flange locking part has a bending part while extending the base. The flange locking part is able to fix the trunk board to a panel flange.
