A console arm rest device interlocking with a parking lever is provided to improve convenience of a user through adapting a sliding arm rest in a small car having a floor parking lever by installing an interlocking unit to prevent interference between the parking lever and the arm rest. A console arm rest device interlocking with a parking lever comprises the followings: a console box(100) installed at a side a seat for a vehicle, including an arm rest(110) on a top sliding in a front and a rear direction; a parking lever(200) installed in front of the console box; a sliding rail(120) installed at the console box, to slide in a front and a rear direction in accordance with a moving direction of the arm rest, including a stopper(122) to support a front end of the arm rest; and a driving force converting unit(210,130,121) connected to the parking lever and the sliding rail, to convert rotational movement of the parking lever to linear movement of the sliding rail.
