The invention relates to centralized systems for lubrication of machine units and mechanisms, in particular to lubrication of bearing assemblies with lubricating film. Lubrication with lubricating film is performed by feeding lubricant under pressure, with dozing, distribution and mixing with compressed air. The mix obtained is supplied through pipelines to nozzles and to bearings. At that lubricant is distributed in feeders and is supplied to generators of oil-air mix. After that one generates oil film from it, this is supplied to lubricant fittings with nozzles, from there it goes to the inner side of the bearing ring with which nozzle is in stable contact. Occasional displacements of fixed bearing ring are compensated by springy displacement of nozzle in the body of the lubricant fitting. The invention provides qualitative lubrication of machine units and mechanisms and increase of resource of those. |
