An FEM(Front End Module) is provided to perform power detection stably, to improve Rx/Tx signal characteristics by efficiently arranging various components on a single substrate in consideration of propagation interference, and to implement a single minimized package module. An FEM(300) comprises an antenna(100), an Rx/Tx splitting part(310), an amplification part(348), and a combiner(370). The antenna(100) transmits and receives RF signals. The Rx/Tx splitting part separates and delivers RF Rx/Tx signals. The amplification part amplifies an RF Tx signal and delivers the amplified signal to the Rx/Tx splitting part. The combiner(370), installed between the Rx/Tx splitting part and the amplification part, detects the power of the amplified RF Tx signal. Also the FEM comprises a Tx chip(330), a Tx BPF(Band Pass Filter)(346), an Rx BPF(322b), and an Rx chip(320). The amplification part and the combiner are installed at one region of a substrate. The Tx chip, the Tx BPF, the Rx BPF, and the Rx chip respectively are arranged at the other regions of the substrate. The Tx BPF is mounted between the Tx chip and the amplification part. The Rx BPF is mounted between the Rx chip and the Rx/Tx splitting part.
