An apparatus for adjusting tire pressure is provided to allow a driver to drive a vehicle in a stable travel environment by adjusting the tire pressure through a pressure actuator. An apparatus for adjusting tire pressure comprises a detection unit(10) that detects the state of a tire and the state of a road caused by vehicle vibration. A transceiver(20) receives a detection signal from the detection unit, and exchanges a control signal with a main electronic control unit(40). A weather information receiving unit(30) receives weather information from a weather information supply center through a wireless communication network. The main electronic control unit receives information regarding the tire state and the road state through the transceiver, and receives the weather information from the weather information receiving unit, and then calculates a pressure value of the tire. A pressure actuator(50) adjusts the pressure of the tire based on the pressure value.
