A high precise motion controller for performing vibration isolation using MR damper and a motion control system using the same are provided to ensure safety against transverse load and eccentric load, maintain linearity in the wide range in terms of the load-deformation relationship and quickly stabilize abnormal transient motion. A motion controller comprises an outer tub(100), an air tank(200), a damper(300), an air mount(400) and a support plate(500). The outer box comprises a top plate(110), a bottom plate(120) and a lateral cylinder(130) and has the air mount and the air tank therein. The air tank is attached to the bottom plate and has an air injection port(203) at the lateral side thereof. The damper comprises a body filled with magnetic fluid, a lower piston, an upper piston and a plug. The air mount comprises a rubber cover, an upper plate, a lower plate and a support plate fixed to the upper plate. The support plate comprises a support rod(520) inserted into a support rod of the air mount, and a plate(510) fixed to the upper portion of the support rod.
