An aircraft obstruction displaying apparatus having a control box and a portable remote fault inspector is provided to check the states of the control box and aircraft obstructions on the road where a vehicle enters, by communicating with the control box through the remote fault inspector by wireless. In an aircraft obstruction displaying apparatus, at least one aircraft obstruction displaying lamp is installed at the upper end of an aircraft obstruction and flickered. A portable remote fault inspector of the size to be carried transmits a fault inspection request signal by wireless and displays information about the fault inspection state received by wireless, on a monitor. A control box is installed at the lower end of the aircraft obstruction to charge a battery(213) with electric energy converted from the sunlight through a solar cell plate(211) and control flickering of the aircraft obstruction displaying lamp with the charged electric energy. The control box checks the output voltage of the solar cell plate, voltage of the battery, and the fault state of at least one aircraft obstruction displaying lamp and displays information about the checked fault inspection state. In addition, the control box transmits information about the fault inspection state to the portable remote fault inspector in receiving a fault inspection request signal.
