A multifunction radio stand device for changing functions according to direction is provided to change equipped functions automatically according to a direction in which devices having various functions such as a radio, a lamp, and an MP3 player are put, thus buttons for changing the various functions are not necessary, consequently a clearer design product can be offered. A speaker unit(170) outputs a sound signal. A volume controller(110) controls volume. A frequency controller(120) controls a frequency. A power unit(440) provides power to a radio stand device(100). A direction sensor(410) senses a direction in which the radio stand device(100) is put. Plural function providers(420,430,150) provide plural additional functions. A controller(450) receives information on the direction in which the radio stand device(100) is put, and controls the plural function providers(420,430,150) according to the direction to control a function for selectively offering one function or plural functions.
