A looped reinforced structure of a tail gate portion is provided to improve and balance rigidity by forming closed sections of reinforcement materials in a box type. A looped reinforced structure of a tail gate portion comprises a loop portion horizontally positioned, a pair of side portions vertically positioned and a floor portion whose both end portions are engaged with lower portions of the side portions. The loop portion includes a rear loop upper member(16) having a stepped-bent section and a rear loop lower member(17) engaged with the rear loop upper member while forming a closed section. The side portion includes a quarter pillar reinforcement material(11) having a steppe-bent section and a wheel house upper member(12) engaged with the quarter pillar reinforcement material while forming a closed section. In addition, the floor portion includes a rear floor upper member(14) and a rear floor lower member(15) engaged with the rear floor upper member.
