A structure of mounting a stabilizer bar is provided to reduce operation noise by mounting a stabilizer bar on a vehicle frame by means of mounting brackets and by enabling the stabilizer bar to control rolling of a vehicle. A structure of mounting a stabilizer bar(1) comprises a first mounting bracket(2) whose one end is fitted to the stabilizer bar in a lower portion and the other end is bent and engaged with a vehicle frame(4) and a second mounting bracket(3) whose one end is fitted to the stabilizer bar in an upper portion and the other end is bent and engaged with the vehicle frame. |
