A multi-MEA(Membrane Electrode Assembly) test station, and a method for testing a multi-MEA by using the test station are provided to allow a plurality of MEAs to be tested and activated simultaneously and to reduce the test and activation time. A multi-MEA test station comprises a chamber(10) which accommodates a plurality of MEAs; a first multi-cell body which is provided with a first channel for supplying an oxidizing agent to the cathode of the MEA, and a second multi-cell body which is provided with a second channel for supplying fuel to the anode of the MEA; pressurization units(20) which supply force to the direction where the first and second multi-cell bodies face each other, thereby closely adhering the first and second multi-cell bodies and the MEA located between them; a reactant supply unit which supplies the oxidizing agent to the first channel and the fuel to the second channel; and a multi-loader(40) which controls the test and activation environment to the MEAs and carries out the test and activation.
