An apparatus for separating construction waste for an excavator is provided to separate construction waste in a construction site without conveying construction waste by attaching to an arm of an excavator. An apparatus for separating construction waste for an excavator comprises a base portion(20) composed of a disk type base plate and a bracket(21) projected vertically to the backside of the base plate and provided with a pair of connecting pins(21a) to be connected to a link portion of an arm of an excavator, a main body(30) formed to the base portion to be rotative and composed of a housing space(31) to house construction waste, an opening to let construction waste flow in the housing space, a mesh type screen member(32) to separate the construction waste by size, an excavation section(34) to excavate construction waste when the main body rotates with the operation of the arm of an excavator, many approach blades(34a) to penetrate into construction waste easily and a plate type interference member(35) to interfere and stir construction waste flowing in the housing space when the main body rotates to be separated, and a driving portion formed to the base portion to rotate the main body and composed of an internal gear projected and fixed to the outside of the main body, a support ring formed to the outer circumferential surface of the internal gear rotatively to support the main body, a driving gear geared in the internal gear and a driving motor to transfer rotary force to the driving gear.
