A lubrication structure of a transmission is provided to improve performance of the transmission by preventing a side surface of a speed gear from being eroded by an output shaft. A lubrication structure of a transmission includes an output shaft(10) and an oil hole(12). Plural speed gears are arranged on the output shaft through a needle roller bearing(20). A cavity is formed at a center of the output shaft. The oil is supplied to the needle roller bearing through the oil hole. A spiral oil groove(131) is formed on an inner periphery of the speed gear(130), which is contacted with the needle roller bearing. The oil is supplied from the needle roller bearing to an attached surface between the output shaft and the speed gear by using a thrust of the speed gear.
