A driving structure of a roaster having a dust collector is provided to discharge smoke generated in a main body where workpiece mounting skewers rotate through a ventilation path by forming a suction path. A driving structure of a roaster having a dust collector comprises rotating disks, fixing disks, a bevel rotating cap, and workpiece mounting skewers. A blower motor(11) is installed at a suction path(10) formed downward from the ceiling of an opening in the ceiling of a main body(1). The suction path connected to a dust collector(30) having a water tub discharges smoke in the dust collector to a ventilation path(20). A handle of the workpiece mounting skewers is put on the rotating ring to rotate skewer engaging bars, and is rotated on skewer engaging bars of the rotating ring. The rotating ring is rotated in the main body to be put on rotating rolls installed at a roll supporter fixed on the wall of the main body.
