A dehumidifying device for rechargeable electronic equipment is provided to prevent oxidation due to a slow reaction between water molecules and a circuit or a metallic part by regularly removing the water molecules. A dehumidifying device for rechargeable electronic equipment(102) includes chargers(104,106), an enclosing capsule(103), opening systems(112,113), and vent holes(109,110,114). The chargers receive the rechargeable electronic equipment to charge the rechargeable electronic equipment. The enclosing capsule is fixed to the chargers. The opening systems for the enclosing capsule enable installation of the rechargeable electronic equipment connected to the chargers by a connection device(111). The one vent hole is formed on an upper part to discharge warm air outside the enclosing capsule. The other vent holes are formed on a lower part of the enclosing capsule or on the chargers. The vent hole formed on the charger operates as a base of the equipment for air from the outside to circulate in the enclosing capsule.
