A push button switch for a vehicle is provided to improve the reliability of a switch operation and the reliability of a switch contact structure by preventing a push rod from being deformed. A push button switch(100) for a vehicle includes a switch housing(110), a push rod(120), elastic members(130), and a fixing contact(140). The switch housing has a cylindrical shape having a predetermined height. A guide hole(112) is provided in a center of the switch housing. The switch housing includes upper housing(110u) and a lower housing joined to a lower part of the upper housing. The fixing contact is provided in the upper housing. The push rod has a cylindrical shape to project through the guide hole. The elastic members elastically support the push rod in a vertical direction. The elastic members are arranged radially on a central axis of the push rod.
