A music fountain device is provided to synchronize an operation timing of a fountain with the music by driving nozzles using a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). A music fountain device includes a characteristic detector(2), a PLC(3), a delay unit(12), and a compensator(17). The characteristic detector detects level characteristics from an input audio signal. The PLC drives a nozzle driver, a pump motor driver, a solenoid valve, and a lighting controller according to the level characteristics. The delay unit delays the audio signal by a predetermined time and outputs the delayed audio signal. The compensator determines whether an output timing of the audio signal is delayed from a control timing of the PLC by the predetermined time and compensates for a delay error between the output timing of the audio signal and the control timing of the PLC.
