摘要 FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: when lifting magnet is manufactured, a strip of insulating material is placed on the workholder. Coil winding onto workholder is done above the strip so that strip edges are protruding above both winding borders. The wire is insulated in the process of winding by winding glass tissue insulation that has been preliminarily soaked under vacuum with thermosetting insulation paste of hot curing. External cylindrical surface of coil is insulated by winding a tape of insulation material onto it, and tape edges are protruding above both winding borders. End plane free from outlets is insulated by applying insulation paste with filler with its further curing. The coil is turned with end surface with outlets on top, and this surface is insulated by applying insulation paste with filler with it further curing. The coil is removed from the workholder after curing of this layer, then protruding edges of strip and tape are cut. The coil is wound with insulation material in transverse direction through the opening. The coil is placed in the casing cavity. The cavity is closed with steel shunting washer. The washer is welded to the casing along external and internal diameter with pressure-tight seam, and then cavity is filled with insulation paste, which is further cured. ^ EFFECT: improves reliability of electromagnet coil insulation and simplifies manufacturing technology. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
