An uplink wireless frame generation method in a communication system is provided to be capable of generating an uplink wireless frame which includes the increased number of pilot blocks, while the generated uplink wireless frame can maintain compatibility with a prior uplink wireless frame. When each of the first L subframes includes M data blocks, M CPs(Cyclic Prefixes) transmitted together with the respective data blocks, N pilot blocks, and N CPs transmitted together with the respective pilot blocks, an area which includes Q data blocks of the M data blocks and Q CPs transmitted together with the Q data blocks is generated as a conversion area, and the conversion area is reconfigured as a pilot area including P new pilot blocks and P CPs transmitted together with the P new pilot blocks.
