A method for managing a schedule using a computer is provided to make whole schedule efficiently by enabling a user to easily create activity, which represents a detail schedule, for managing the schedule and analyzing the schedule based on the activities. A schedule management program of a computer outputs a schedule management window for creating activity to a screen(S31). The schedule management program creates and displays a plurality of activities on the schedule management window by storing individual period information specifying a period corresponding to a dragged region when a user drags a mouse on the schedule management window(S33). The schedule management program enables the user to set a link among the activities displayed on the schedule management window with the mouse and manages the link by storing link information as activity information(S35). The schedule management program creates whole schedule by analyzing and interconnecting the activities displayed on the schedule management window, and outputs whole schedule to the schedule management window when a schedule analysis program is executed(S37). The individual period information includes an activity ID code and period information corresponding to the dragged region. |
