A system and a method for providing an automatic real-time ceremony relay and portal service in the Internet, and a recording medium storing a computer program thereof are provided to enable remote users to view all processes of a ceremony through the Internet without directly meeting a subject of the ceremony or visiting the ceremony by photographing and relaying all processes of the ceremony in a two-way mode. An Internet relay/portal service center(100) relays all processes of a ceremony in a two-way mode by remotely controlling a camera installed at the ceremony, transfers congratulation or condolence money or gift, transfers a congratulation or condolence message by using an email, a card, a moving picture, a photo, and a voice, provides a video chatting service, and stores all details after the ceremony. A ceremony subject terminal generates an individual ceremony portal for using an Internet ceremony relay/portal service by registering the ceremony and a schedule to the center, and a customer terminal uses the services by connecting to the individual ceremony portal. A ceremony relay system(300) is registered to the center and captures/transmits all processes of the ceremony by controlling the cameras according to a control signal received from the center.
