A bamboo grill for roasting is provided to improve efficiency of bamboo roasting and increase safety by preventing impurities such as remains of meat from splashing on the grill. A bamboo grill for roasting comprises a main body, an auxiliary bar(26), and a pressurizing unit. The main body has a roasting bar(21) at a predetermined interval, and an inclined passage(25). The auxiliary bar is mounted on the inclined passage of the main body to have a lower space. The pressurizing unit is mounted at two sides of the main body to pressurize the center of the roasting bar. The main body places the auxiliary bar to have a center edge(51) and a curved type edge(52) at least three positions on the inclined passage. The pressurizing unit pressurizes the auxiliary bar from two sides of the main body to use an inserting/removing fixing block. The pressurizing unit engages the auxiliary bar from the two side of the main body to use a fixing bar.
